Notifications can be run from the Notifications screen or within the Notifications Control Panel by selecting the run button.
Selecting to run a notification, the user will be required to enter parameters related to the reports attached to the notification.
A decision can be be made to automatically release a successfully generated notification, it can also be selected for Auto Retry if it were to fail and also be set on a Schedule option.
Selecting OK will run the notification and direct the user to the Process Log.
To view the generated notification go to the Documents|Release/Download menu item. Apply options to the filter to search for items you are wanting to view.

Select the preview icon to view the notification. The notification will open up in a pop up screen. The layout will be that of an email with a Subject, Recipients, Sender details, attachments and an email body.

The generated notifications can also be placed on hold, rejected and released.
- Placing a Notification on hold:
Select the notification by ticking its checkbox, then select the Hold button.

To view the notification that was set to on hold, apply the on hold status filter then select the apply button.

These notifications can then be released or rejected.

- Rejecting a Report:
Select the notification by ticking its checkbox, then select the Reject button.

To view the notification that was set to rejected, apply the rejected status filter then select the apply button.

These rejected notifications can only be viewed.
