Auto Retry

Selecting Setup|Auto Retry will display the Auto Retry screen. Auto reties are created and set to rerun failed reports, notifications and batches. These are selected at the point of running the report, notification or batch.

To add an auto retry option:

Select the Add button. The screen will load and the name will need to be populated. The properties related to the auto retry are already pre-populated and can be overriden is required. Select save button to complete the new auto retry created.

To edit an auto retry option:

Selecting the Edit link. Any of the properties can be edited and then saved by selecting Save button.

To delete an auto retry option:

Select the delete () icon. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Selecting OK will delete the auto retry option.
