Selecting Process Log from the menu will load the Greenpoint Process Log.
The Process Log displays all processes that have been run in Greenpoint. This may include Reports, Notifications or Batches being run, or a Document Release. To find specific processes, the user can use the filter at the top of the process log.
The user can search according to Process Name, which uses a 'LIKE' command. In other words, a part of a word can be entered and it will return all processes with a name LIKE the one entered.
The user can also filter by Type, User or Status using the dropdowns
or by selecting a date range in which the process was started.
The filter is then applied by selecting the Filter refresh () button.
To see details on a specific process that has been run, select that specific process to expand it to see the detail.
If a process failed when trying to run, the details will appear to show the reason for the failure. The user can try to run that process again by selecting the Retry () button.
A process can also complete with errors. The user can then see these error by selecting that process.
Note that the Process Log will return a maximum of 1000 results. Using the filter will limit the results.
