Batches are run from the Batches screen.
Selecting Run () icon for the batch will open up the batch parameters screen. There are also options which can be selected to the auto release and auto download the batch. The user can also select from a predefined list of schedules setup.
Selecting the OK button will run the notification and direct the user to the Process Log screen. You need to select the Refresh icon on the filter to refresh the screen and see status updates.
To view the successfully generated batch, select Downloads|Release/Downloads. Apply the filter to return what you are looking for.
To view the batch details, select the details icon (), and a list of all the generated notifications\reports will be displayed.
To preview the notification\report select the preview icon () for a notification\report. The Notification\Report selected for preview will open up in a pop up screen.
Batches can be selected for Release, Hold or Reject. The entire batch can be selected or items within the batch. You can perform these by:
- To perform on of the three task options to the entire batch tick the checkbox of the batch. The button for the required tasks will need to be clicked to complete the Release\Hold\Reject.
- To perform one of the three tasks to items within the batch, tick the check box of the or notification\reports within the batch details. The button for the required tasks will need to be clicked to complete the Release\Hold\Reject.
To view the batch placed on hold:
- Apply the On Hold status to the filter and then select the Apply button.
- the on hold items can be released or rejected
To view a rejected batch:
- Apply the Rejected status to the filter and then select the Apply button.
- the rejected items can only be previewed
To view a released batch:
- Apply the Released status to the filter and then select the Apply button.
- the released items can be downloaded. The download time will be stored under the Download Prepared At column.
To download a released item, select the download button on the release filter screen. A pop up screen will appear which will show you the process the item goes through from fetching the documents to zipping it then downloading them to a selected file path.
