Previewing Reports

Selecting Preview on the Reports screen or on the Reports Control Panel screen, displays the data fields values of the data sources assigned to the reports for specific set of parameter values.

Reports can be previewed from the Reports screen by selecting the Preview icon.

Report can be previewed from the Reports control panel by selecting the Preview button.

Selecting Preview, will direct you to the Options screen, where parameters for the Report are entered.

Selecting OK will create the preview of the report data source data, graphs and validations. Selecting the Data tab will expand to display the data source fields results for the given parameter set.

Selecting the Graphs or validations tab will open and display the data for these if any was assigned to the report.
