Preview Notification Data

Selecting to Preview the notification allows the user to view the data values returned by the data source of the notification as well the data sources of the reports assigned to the notification.

Select the Preview icon from the Notifications screen to preview the data.

Alternatively, you can select the Preview button from the Notification control panel edit screen.

When selecting to Preview the Notification, you are required to enter parameters in order to preview specific data related to the Notification and its attached reports.

Selecting OK will create the preview of the notification and report data ield values. The number of tabs will vary depending on the number of reports attached to the notification. Each tab will hold the data fields values for the data sources assiciated to that report.
