Before any correspondence setup can take place in Greenpoint, the user is required to log into the application. The user is required to enter User Name and Password when navigating to the site:
Select the Login button to complete the login to Greenpoint. The GreenPoint menu will then be displayed.
The user can also choose to change the password by populating his login details, ticking the Change Password check box option and the selecting the Login button.
The Password Editor will be displayed. The user will be required to enter the old password, the new password and confirm the new password.
Select the Save button to store the new password for that user and direct to the home page.
