Images

To access the images screen, Select Setup|Images. The image screen allows uploading, editing, deletion of images and the management of image property sizing. These images are used within reports only and are selected from the Report Task Pane.

To edit an image:

Select the Edit link. The image along with its properties will be displayed and you are able to edit the name, description and width and height values. If the name property is changed, the image will need to be remapped to the reports. Select the Save button to complete the changes made.

To add an image:

Select the Browse link and browse to the image location. Always ensure that the image being uploaded, DPI setting is set to 200. Populate the name and description then select the Upload button to add the image.

The image along with it properties will be displayed. Here you will be required to insert the width and height in pixels. The scroll bar beneath the image allows for better view of the image by adjusting the image view size. After inserting the image size properties select the Accept button to complete the upload of a new image.

The image entry will now be listed in the table. Images are listed in alphabetical order. The image is shown with it's details. The user can change the size of the view of the image by using the size bar underneath the image.
