Graphs

Select Setup|Graphs to access the Graphs screen. Graphs can be added, edited and deleted.

To edit a graph, select the edit link of the graph. Select the save button to complete and save the changes.

To add a graph, select the Add button.

- You will be required to select a datasource. Select the next button once you have selected the data source.

- The parameters for the data source will be displayed next, you can choose to keep these or change them.

- Selecting Next will direct the user to the Graph Properties screen. The general section covers the name and title along with the formatting of the graph title.

- The data section covers the details pulled through from the data source. The type of graph can be selected after selecting the series and axis labels then selecting the Add button.A series can be deleted by selecting the delete (

) button. The user will be prompted to confirm the deletion.

- Next, the user chooses the appearence of the graph with various options and properties.

- After all the details are entered, the graph can be previewed by selecting the Preview button on the graph section.

To delete a graph, select the delete () button of the graph. A prompt will appear to confirm the action.

Selecting OK will delete this graph.
