Select Setup|Connections to navigate to the Connections screen.
These are the connection strings connect to the different databases which will be used by the Data Sources of various reports, notifications and bataches. A connection can also be used to signify the promotion data base for promoting reports, notifications and batches. Connection strings can be edited, added and deleted.
- To edit a connection select the edit link. Select Save to complete the editing of the connection.
- To add a connection, select the Add button. Populate the connection properties and select the save button to complete the addition of a connection.
- To delete a connection, select the delete () button. A prompt will appear to confirm the action.
Selecting OK will delete the Role.
