Select Setup|Attachments to view the Attachments listed in GreenPoint. Attachments are only used in notifications and can be any type of document. Attachments can be uploaded, deleted and overriden.
To add an attachment:
Browse to the file's location and select it. Enter the name and description properties.

Selecting Upload will add the attachment to the table list.
To override and existing attachment:
Browse to the file's location and select it. Ensure that the name and description properties are the same as the attachment you are wanting to override. Select the Upload button. You will get he following error message.
Tick the Overwrite file with the same name and extension checkbox then browse to the attachment. Now select the upload button. The attachment is now uploaded.
To delete an attachment:
Select the delete () icon. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. Selecting OK will delete the attachment.
An alternative way to upload an attachment is to upload it from the Notifications control panel screen:
Select the additional attachments section and then select the Upload New tab.
Browse to the file location then populate the name and description properties. Select the override checkbox if needed.
